We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. They must show no signs of wear or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and instructions. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original box, if possible, and then place that box within a protective shipping box.
  4. Ship the package to the provided address using a traceable and insured carrier. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Please indicate your desired new size when contacting customer service to initiate the return. If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival, such as items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
